Nag-turn-over ug nagpanhatag an Department of Health-Provincial DOH Office hin Tamang SErbisyo sa KAlusugan ng Pamilya (TSeKap) equipment packages ha lima nga Inter-Local Health Zones (ILHZ) dinhi ha Eastern Samar hadton March 21, 2016 ha Eastern Samar Provincial Capitol Gymnasium, Borongan City.
